I’m currently living in Guam while my husband is stationed at the Air Force base here but wanted to do something special for my mom. I looked online and found this website, picked flowers, and had them delivered the day before Mother’s Day back in the states. The online ordering was very easy and efficient. I was unable to attend, but the receiver sent a pic of the arrangement via text, and it was even prettier than in the online pic. My only suggestion would be to offer proof of delivery ... I was unsure until I troubled my grieving family member to ask if it was received.

Late Saturday, I left phone messages for the store, and ordered online, but the viewing was to be on Sunday afternoon (the very next day), and the store was supposed to be closed that day! I was hoping that the arrangements would be ready for at least the Monday morning service, but to my great relief & amazement, BOTH arrangements were created to exact specifications & were delivered ON TIME for the Sunday viewing! My mother did receive the plant, but it was a whole day late. The delivery date was clearly marked for the 13th which was her birthday but never got it. Also didn't get the card for another 3 days after that. Maybe it was the nursing homes delay, but didn't think I had to worry about that! Thank you

Thank you taking the time to let us know this occurred. At that nursing home facility, we are only permitted to leave deliveries at the front desk, from there a staff member delivers our gifts. Unfortunately this is not a priority for them. I do apologize this happened to your moms gift.

When a sad occasion happens over a weekend and you need flowers on Monday it's a little worrisome to arrange it when most florists are closed on Sunday! I clicked on the link from the funeral home on Sunday evening and chose flowers for our company and my in-laws. I was frustrated with the internet order in the beginning because there was no acknowledgment that the flowers would be delivered to the funeral home as ordered and on time. I would like to hear back so I can relax about his important issue. But, I am very pleased with Reeders in every other way. The price was good, The arrangement far exceeded my expectations as reported by family who were there. It was fresh, large size and according to them "spectacular". Thanks so much. Because of distance, I could not attend the funeral for which I ordered your "Patriotic Memorial". Hence, I cannot provide a firsthand assessment of your floral display or service. However, the grieving family and funeral director both made outspokenly laudatory comments about the floral tribute, and the delivery met all criteria.
I strongly recommend that you modify your ordering software to permit individuals with APO/FPO/DPO addresses to place orders without having to lie to the system about certain details of their addresses.
